This round is Philanthropy Night. Here, you will learn the basics of each sorority, and get a feel for the girls in each. After spending 30 minutes with each chapter, you will have a better feel for who the chapter is and what they stand for. Each sorority has its own national philanthropy that is stands for so this night will also be heavily based on philanthropy information. This day is the most relaxed. Wear cute, casual clothes that you will be comfortable and confident in - such as jeans and a cute top, a skirt and blouse, or shorts and a tank top. Just have fun and be yourself!
The second night of recruitment is known as Housing and Financial Night. During these 40-minute sessions, you will learn about financial commitments required by each chapter as well as learning about different housing options. You can get a jumpstart on this night by reading the financial information in the financial tab. The attire for this round is a little dressier than the previous day but is still comfortable. Clothing items such as sundress, romper, skirt, or pants with a blouse will be perfect. Again, this is your time to show off who you are so be confident and flaunt it!
The final round is called Preference Night. Events during this day will last one hour. This is a very serious day as the chapter will be expressing to you what their sisterhood means to them. You will have the opportunity to have more serious conversations and truly see what each chapter is really about. This is the dressiest day of the week. We recommend wearing a rather formal looking dress. Be tasteful and wear something you feel confident in!
Bid Day is the final and most exciting day of this journey! Today is the day you will receive your bid and join your new home! On this day, the sorority you join will give you a t-shirt to wear immediately. Wear clothing according to the weather - jeans, shorts, or leggings - with a shirt and undershirt that you can easily and publicly change out of to match all of your new sisters!
